'Big Mama' kept it 💯 all the time!  She was an authentic person no matter who she met.  This week's vlog is about staying true to yourself no matter who you meet in your Purposeful Hustle.

i used to get nervous around rich people

I know it may be a shock, but when I was younger, I used to get real nervous around rich people.  I don't know why but when I found out someone was rich, it made me nervous.  Luckily, my grandma helped me squash that fear at a very young age.

Grandma was from Mississippi and she was hardworking.  She needed people to help her and often, these people did not have her same background.  She was so used to meeting new people....and she was so funny! Grandma would also talk to anyone, no matter if you were wearing an Armani suit or sweat pants.

what she told me...

I don't show any partiality.  You have to be comfortable in your own skin. That's what you have to put on every single day.

She lived this authentically everyday and I was fortunate to see it in action.  As a result, I can talk to anyone: presidents, CEOs, groups of strangers....anyone!  It's wildly freeing to love the the skin that I'm in!

Achieving life's biggest goals requires radical authenticity.  It takes too much energy to be someone else if you're pursuing your Purposeful Hustle.

Are you the same person everywhere you go?
